Description
A simple to use out of the box but fully customisable simple planning Notion template, specifically designed for chronically ill, disabled and/or neurodivergent humans.
This Notion system focuses on keeping planning simple with options for a rolling to-do list in check box form, or a to-do database. You can use either or both, whatever works for you.
It also includes a symptom tracking with easy tagging by diagnosis and a timeline view so you can easily report symptoms to your doctor(s) and see how certain symptoms impact others.
The daily and weekly templates include the to-do options and symptom tracker alongside journal prompts and reminders to be realistic about what you can do in a day or week.
Plus there’s a gratitude journal to help you remember that not everything is awful (at least not all the time).
The Notion template includes:
- Rolling to-do list.
- To-do database with BuJo symbols.
- Symptom tracker and searchable database.
- Calendar.
- Daily and weekly templates.
- Gratitude journal.
This template was inspired and tested by a chronically ill friend of mine – big thank you to her!
